The Codes of Coco

Coco Chanel founded the house at 31 Rue Cambon in 1909 and never stopped refining her own codes. The footwear bears them intact — the two-toned slingback (introduced in 1957), the quilted leather ballet flat, the CC-stamped buckles. Every piece a continuation of a vocabulary that has not changed in 70 years.
