Out Of Stock Policy

At Roziera, our inventory is curated across a network of trusted partners and suppliers rather than held in a single warehouse. This allows us to offer a broad catalogue of designer footwear — but it does mean that, in rare cases, availability can change between the moment an order is placed and the moment it is prepared for dispatch. This policy explains how we handle those situations and the steps we take to make sure you are never left without a clear resolution.


When an Item Becomes Unavailable

If a pair you have ordered is no longer available, our team will contact you within 24 hours of identifying the issue. You will be offered three options:

  • A comparable alternative, selected from our collection with the same intention as your original choice — similar silhouette, brand, or style
  • Store credit, valid against any future purchase on Roziera
  • A full refund to your original payment method

If we suggest an alternative, it will be chosen carefully — not just to fill a gap, but because we genuinely believe it warrants consideration.


Response Window

To keep things moving, we ask that you respond to our message within 3 to 5 business days. If we do not hear back within that window, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.


Partial Orders

If your order includes multiple pairs and only one is affected, the rest will ship as normal. The unavailable item is handled separately, so the remainder of your order is never held up.


How We Minimise This

We take active steps to keep availability issues as rare as possible:

  • Stock levels across our supplier network are reviewed multiple times daily
  • Suppliers with recurring availability problems are removed from our network
  • New partners are vetted before their inventory is listed in our catalogue

Our intention is that every order placed on Roziera results in the pair arriving at your door. When that falls short, we make it right quickly, clearly, and on your terms.
