Standard international delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local customs processes. Express options may be available at checkout. These are estimates — we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once an order is in transit, as customs and carrier timelines can vary.


Tracking

A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order ships. You can use it to follow your parcel through every stage of its journey. Shoes are dispatched in their original boxes where available, with outer protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We take presentation seriously — the unboxing experience matters to us.


Issues in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but the package has not arrived, contact us immediately at help@roziera.co. We will work with the carrier to investigate and make it right.
